Meet Dr. Scalese

I’m so glad you’re here.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself lately? You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

In our work together, the first step is getting to know you—your strengths, values, and what matters most. From there, we’ll explore patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior that may be getting in the way of the version of yourself you want to be. I use research-backed strategies grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you make meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is warm, active, and nonjudgmental. Whether you're looking to improve your mood, strengthen relationships, or build skills to manage emotions, I’m here to support you through the ups and downs.

I also bring specialized experience working with college students and young professionals, with past roles at Georgetown University, Rutgers, and the University of Delaware.
